Montepulciano is a beautiful, medieval hilltop town in Val d’Orcia, in the heart of Tuscany. We will pop the cork on one of Italy’s most famous red wine grapes, vino nobile di Montepulciano at one of the best enotecas in the region.

On the afternoon of this visit, you may explore on your own or visit Pienza, a charming village high atop a hill, dominating the Orcia Valley with extraordinary views.

As part of this day of wine, we will sample even more of Umbria’s wines in the evening! And pair the tasting with a meal featuring regional cooking.
