He thought he knew Italian food until he traveled to Italy fifteen years ago. He hasn’t stopped exploring since.
Tony has spent the last nine years discovering the nooks and crannies of his favorite Italian locations from carefully kept artisanal traditions in the basements of family farmhouses to the large warehouses of prosciutto and cheeses.
