Tony DeFilippis is the founder and chief foodie at Pranzo Tours. He grew up eating his mother’s wonderful southern Italian food and the traditions of food and family that define Italian culture. He thought he knew Italian food until he went to Italy fifteen years ago. He hasn’t stopped exploring since. He has spent the last eight of those years discovering the nooks and crannies of his favorite Italian locations: from carefully kept artisanal traditions in the basements of family farmhouses to the large warehouses of prosciutto and cheeses.

No matter where he travels, Tony finds people who want to share their passions with you.
